Why High Intensity?
These workouts are high intensity in nature. This type of training regimen has been shown to increase muscle muscle while burning excess body fat. Because of the high intensity it is important to listen to your body, realize when you are tired, and rest a rest day. Get out of the gym and have fun outside!
